Phil Sealy is the founder of P2J Techniques, a business strategy and executive coaching organisation.  He is a highly experienced and qualified project, program and portfolio management consultant with a solid ICT background and experience that spans over 15 years across government, corporate business and Not-for-Profit organisations.  He has managed complex, multi-million dollar projects in the Australian Government such as the Australian Trade Commission (Austrade), the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID), and the Department of Defence, and he has worked for private organisations such as NCR Australian, Microsoft, and Hitachi Data Systems.

He is an experienced corporate trainer who leads by example and strives to educate and inspire individuals and employees of companies through mentoring and group training.  Phil is also a motivational speaker with decades of experience in leadership, management, and achieving positive outcomes.  He has been a member on a judging panel for the ICT Awards for the Excellence in eGovernment Awards and the Project Management Achievement Awards for the Not-for-Profit Category since the Community Network Programโ€™s inception.

Phil is an industry-certified professional in procurement and contract management and a Certified Practising Project Director.  He has a range of industry and nationally-accredited qualifications ranging from project management to contract management to training and assessment such as Graduate Certificate in Project Management, Agile, P3O, MSP, ITIL v3 and PRINCE2.

Philโ€™s passion for supporting the community has paved the way for innovation in Project Management with the introduction of the Community Network Program, or CNP, in 2008.  The program made effective use of Project Management to help local Not-for-Profit organisations access skilled volunteers whilst gaining the recognition of the organisation in their local community.  His passion towards helping the community led him to focus more on working with people by mentoring aspiring professionals through business/life strategies.
