International Research Associate
Full-time | ongoing position | Based in Bandung (on-site)

Salary range around IDR 7,000,000 to 15,000,000, dependent upon candidates experience and qualifications
Opportunity Track: Research Assistant – Research Associate – Senior Research Associate – Partner.
Working days Monday to Thursday from 9am – 5pm (occasional events outside regular work hours)

Essential Criteria
A degree in any branch of the social sciences / humanities / economics —and in which you have developed high level critical and analytical thinking skills; and excellent writing and communications skills.
The ability to work both autonomously and within project teams.
Self-directed with initiative and professional level time-management skills.
Proficient English language skills—in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
A curious mindset with the ability to embrace new knowledge, new ideas, and changing research contexts.
A practical and proficient level of technological literacy, particularly working with information and data—and creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Experience in automating referencing citations with Mendeley or Endnote.
Additional Qualifications an Advantage
Post-study or extracurricular research experience—either fieldwork or desk research
Some knowledge and understanding of the history, culture, economy and politics of Asian nations.
Experience in the development and refinement of AI prompts for the automation of research related tasks.
Candidates with some international or intercultural experience will be advantaged
