  • Our follow up proposal meeting will usually outline the anticipated salary range needed to attract the right talent, based on market conditions. We will also outline an initial costs overview for the bespoke services you require.

  • When you choose to proceed, we will prepare a service agreement which outlines comprehensive terms and conditions. Saksara adheres to a common-sense practice of transparent and plain language contracts that privileges a shared understanding of the risks, responsibilities and rationales addressed in our terms and conditions.   • After we have agreed on the scope of work and the talent required, Saksara will coordinate with our clients on ensuring a clearly defined scope of work, deliverables, and key performance indicators; along with the expectations, values, and behaviors that are required of your team partners. This is a critical preliminary aspect of the recruitment process preparations.

  • Saksara delivers assistance in managing the human resources and will become the legal entity to which the client’s talents are legally employed. Additional services, such as wellness training, intercultural support, and hardware procurement are available upon request.
